Thank you for subscribing to Inventra. We are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality service. Our policy on refunds is designed to be transparent and fair.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees for our Standard and Pro plans are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, you are making a commitment for the entire billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Subscription" tab in the "Settings" page of your account. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
4. No Pro-Rata Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period. For example, if you are on a monthly plan and you cancel halfway through the month, your access will continue for the remainder of the month, and you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 15-day free trial for you to evaluate our service. We encourage you to use this period to determine if Inventra is the right fit for your business before committing to a paid plan.
